Not to mention, a very special appearance by Lauryn Hill!

Hullabalou really caters to their people. Not only are band contest winners given the chance to perform in front of thousands, but the “Retweet and Win” contest allows the winner a backstage tour; plus it benefits the economy! The festival is expected to generate $37.7 million for the Greater Louisville market area.

There’s no camping onsite (boo!), but hotel packages are available pertaining of shuttle rides, tickets and hotel rooms. Totally worth it for some of the biggest artists in the variety of genres that the Mile High fest is featuring.

Why:
Taking the award for the most bands to play at a festival is the Music Fest NW with roughly 158 bands taking various stages. Think you’ll need a babysitter to be able to watch it all? Fear not parentals, provided will be a Children’s Rock Variety Show. Truly a festival for all ages.
